These are working calendars, not template downloads: the calendar you see on each page is the one that prints. Type into any day, mark US holidays with one click, flip the week to start on Monday, and the print stylesheet strips everything else off the page automatically.

How to use these calendars

Open any month or year page and the calendar is already on screen โ€” there is nothing to generate or download first. Use the controls above each calendar to set the month and year, choose whether the week starts on Sunday or Monday, and turn US federal holidays on or off. The grid updates the moment you change a control, so what you see is exactly what will come out of the printer.

To fill a calendar in, click any day box and start typing. You can add a birthday, a work shift, a deadline, or a chore, and each note stays put in that day's cell. The calendar's title at the top is editable too โ€” click it and rename it to something like "Soccer Season" or "August Chores." When you are ready, choose landscape or portrait, then click Print. If you would rather keep a digital copy, open the same Print button and pick Save as PDF as the destination in your browser's print dialog; it produces a clean PDF file with no software to install.

The single-month pages give you large, write-in day boxes and are best when you actually need room to schedule things. The full-year pages fit all twelve months on one sheet, which is better for seeing the shape of a year at a glance โ€” spotting long weekends, counting weeks to a due date, or pinning an overview to a wall. A few things people commonly make with them:

Frequently asked questions

Is it really free, with no signup?

Yes. Every calendar is free to use and print, and there is no account to create, no email to enter, and nothing to download before you can start. The site is supported by the ads you see on the page.

How do I save a calendar as a PDF?

Click Print, then in the print dialog that opens, change the printer or destination to "Save as PDF" (most browsers offer this by default). Choose where to save the file and you get a PDF of the calendar. It is the same one-click process as printing โ€” you are just sending it to a file instead of paper.

Can I start the week on Monday instead of Sunday?

Yes. Use the "Week starts" control and pick Monday. The whole grid rebuilds so Monday becomes the first column, and it prints that way.

Do the calendars include holidays?

US federal holidays are marked and can be toggled on or off with the "US holidays" control. The blank calendar template ships with them off so you get an empty grid, and you can turn them on if you want the dates shown.

Will the buttons and ads show up on the printout?

No. The print stylesheet hides the controls, navigation, ads, and links, so only the calendar itself prints. Landscape usually gives a single month the most room; portrait is fine when you want a taller page.
